In navigating my own journey, I have quickly learned that the challenges of supporting aging loved ones while raising a family is downright impossible without the right tools.
This is why I created Juggling Generations.
I’m passionate about helping other women prepare for the unexpected with practical resources, expert guidance, and community support. My mission is to empower you to manage caregiving confidently while finding balance in your own life.

Like you, I’ve felt overwhelmed and alone in this journey. The constant stress of "What if?" kept me awake at night. What if one of them gets sick, and I’m not ready? What if they need care tomorrow, and I haven’t planned for it? What if I’m missing something important?
That fear of being caught off guard is what drove me to take control. Through trial and error, research, and personal experience, I learned that planning for our parents’ future is not just about preparing for the worst—it’s about giving us the peace of mind to live in the present. It’s about creating a roadmap so we can handle whatever comes our way with grace, strength, and a plan.

Mother/Wife/Daughter
I am the proud mama of two incredible teens and married to an amazing guy who is not only my hubby, but also my business partner. Growing up in a sporty family, nothing brings me more joy then watching my girls in action.
As the "favorite daughter" (don't tell my sister!), I am very fortunate to have 3 of my 4 parents still with me and each day I am thankful for their wisdom & guidance.

I am the co-owner & COO of a strategic marketing agency. With our incredible team and amazing client roster, I count myself lucky to fill my days surrounded by such inspiring people.

I've worn many hats throughout my life, and while I don't hold formal medical credentials, my personal experiences in caregiver, managing illness, and being a patient myself, have given me invaluable insights and knowledge—often more than what you would find in textbooks.
My mission is to help women in the sandwich generation feel less overwhelmed and more prepared as they navigate aging parent care.
